We want to thank you for your patience in the difficult time and reassure you that Hardings Travel are available for quotations and have taken many important steps to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. On a daily basis we will be monitoring our e-mails and will respond with any advice, help or quotes required. In the meantime please see the measures we have put in place.
All drivers will be provided with PPE including gloves, masks and visors and a supply of hand sanitiser.
Protective screens will be fitted between the driver and the vehicle cabin.
Hand sanitiser will be placed on vehicles.
Customers will be required to provide and wear face coverings, preferably a face mask when travelling on vehicles.
We will still accept cash payments, but are asking customers to use contactless/card payments where possible.
The maximum capacity of all vehicles will be limited to allow social distancing. Passengers will be asked to fill vehicles from the back and empty from the front and sit in window seats with aisle seats blocked off as part of this.
Enhanced cleaning regimes will be in place on coaches and at coach stations.
Regular aerosol based disinfection sometimes called ‘fogging’ will take place on all coaches.
An additional filter using three types of technology to reduce bacteria and improve air quality has been installed on the air conditioning systems on all of our coaches.
Customer touch points on coaches will be regularly cleaned throughout the day.
